Nery Inkerman - VineRidge Draft Plan of Subdivsion Information Public Meeting February 17
Please take note that Proposed Draft Plan of Subdivsion 13-T-2-505 and Zoning Amendment File No. Z59-20 is coming forward to a Public Meeting February 17,2020 for information only. Members of the public who wish to speak at the public meeting, via Zoom, can register by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org by noon on Tuesday, February 16. Upon registering to speak at the meeting, members of the public will be emailed a unique link and directions for participating in the meeting via Zoom meeting.
The proposed subdivision (File No. 13-T-20-505) consists of the development of approximately 560 residential dwelling units (at full build-out) including 462 three-storey stacked back-to-back townhouses and 98 three-storey street townhouses.
Through Zoning Amendment (File No. Z59-20), the lands are proposed to be rezoned from the Special Urban Residential Type 2 (R2-4), Special Urban Residential Type 3 (R3-8-H) and the Special Open Space (OS-10) Zone to an Open Space (OS) Zone, Urban Residential Type Three (R3-XX) Zone to permit the proposed residential development.
