Final Comprehensive Zoning By-law to be considered by Planning and Development Committee on October 15
The final County of Prince Edward Comprehensive Zoning By-law issued for County Council adoption is now available for public review.

The final Comprehensive Zoning By-law will be considered at a meeting of the County Planning and Development Committee on October 15, 2025, 6:30 pm at Shire Hall, 332 Picton Main Street, Picton, ON K0K 2T0. At the meeting, a presentation will be delivered by the County Planning department and its consultant, WSP, summarizing the final changes to the new Comprehensive Zoning By-law. County Council will consider recommendation of adoption of the final Comprehensive Zoning By-law at this meeting.
Final adoption of the new Zoning By-law will follow at a subsequent meeting of County Council, anticipated for October 21, 2025.
