Second Draft of Zoning By-law now available; Statutory public open house September 17 in Picton

A statutory public open house, as required under the Ontario Planning Act, will be held on Tuesday, September 17 at the Rotary Hall, Prince Edward Community Centre (375 Picton Main Street), from 6 - 8 pm. The public open house will be an opportunity for members of the community to provide input on the second draft of the Zoning By-law.

The format of the public open house will be as follows:
- A brief presentation by the municipality's project consultant, WSP, will begin at 6:15 pm and include an overview of the second draft of the Zoning By-law and proposed key changes to the document.
- An open question and answer session with the project team.
The public is kindly requested to submit comments on the second draft by Monday September 30. General questions or comments can also be submitted to Michael Michaud, MCIP, RPP, Manager of Planning, County of Prince Edward at mmichaud@pecounty.on.ca.
