The County Museums are gathering spaces to engage with local heritage, the material and intangible alike, and to reflect on the compelling ties it shares with Prince Edward County’s vibrant and contemporary culture.
WHAT IS A STRATEGIC PLAN?
A strategic plan is a roadmap that shows where an organization wants to go and how it plans to get there. The County Museums will be looking ahead to the next five years to inform this framework.
HOW DOES THE COMMUNITY HELP INFORM A STRATEGIC PLAN?
Complete a survey and share your ideas to help inform the strategic direction of The County of Prince Edward's five museum sites: Ameliasburgh Heritage Village, Macaulay Heritage Park, Mariner's Park Museum, Rose House Museum, and Wellington Heritage Museum.
We want to hear from you: What are we doing well? What can we improve on? The survey includes questions about the visitor experience, programming, hours, accessibility, and more.
Your survey responses will be shared with the County Museums team, as well as the Recreational and Community Facilities Department. We will aggregate data from surveys, ideas, interviews, and focus groups to inform the direction of our strategic plan.
