The Working Group is intended to help inform the water and wastewater rates for 2027 - 2031.
Background
During the 2023 budget deliberations, Council passed a motion to explore the establishment of a water and wastewater committee. The purpose of the committee would be to provide oversight and input for the next rate study, covering the period of 2027-2031.
Staff presented to Council the draft terms of reference on September 12, 2023.
